The Blue Floor Pad is a slightly more abrasive option with greater dirt and scuff mark removal properties than a red. Whilst suitable for restoring the finish of floor polish via either spray cleaning, the blue floor pad is also slightly abrasive which allows the efficient removal of surface dirt and heel marks via wet scrubbing. Provides the best results when used with a floor maintenance chemical fitted on a high speed machine (200-500 rpm).
Different floor pads have specific purposes and are coloured to denote both abrasiveness and intended usage. If using specifically for polishing operations or cleaning polished floors there are pads for stripping, scrubbing and burnishing. Please note the product description for your required product. There is some cross-over in certain instances from one pad to the next but as a reference abrasiveness of floor pads run in this sequence from most to the least: Black, Green, Blue, Red, White.
