The Green Floor Pad is an excellent all round maintenance pad and provides consistent performance for both general wet scrub operations and floor polish renovation processess. Highly efficient for the removal of dirt, scuff and spills when used in conjunction with a scrubber dryer or rotary floor machine. Also ideal for stripping and removing old and worn polish when used with a floor polish removal chemical in preparation for recoating. Provides the best results when used with an alkaline floor cleaning detergent (such as Grip SD3) or polish stripper (such as Grip 102) and fitted on a medium to high speed machine (150-500 rpm).
Different floor pads have specific purposes and are coloured to denote both abrasiveness and intended usage. If using specifically for polishing operations or cleaning polished floors there are pads for stripping, scrubbing and burnishing. Please note the product description for your required product. There is some cross-over in certain instances from one pad to the next but as a reference abrasiveness of floor pads run in this sequence from most to the least: Black, Green, Blue, Red, White.
