Formula 90 Powder Carpet Detergent is a mildly alkaline and highly concentrated emulsifying formula compatible with all carpet extraction systems. Intended for use in the extraction process after the carpet has been pretreated with a pre-spray or traffic lane cleaner.

Alkaline rinse agents such as Formula 90 are used at very high dilution levels to minimise the detergent residue left on the carpet. When used in the extraction process the wetting agents and water conditioning greatly improve the effectiveness of the process particularly when cleaning heavily soiled carpets.

Directions for extraction machines

Always dilute into hot water to ensure the detergent has fully dissolved

Dissolve 2 scoops of Formula 90 into 18.9L of hot water for use on heavily soiled carpets
Dissolve 1 scoop of Formula 90 into 18.9L of hot water for use on lightly soiled carpets

When cleaning carpets that have certain stains or need brightening Energizer can be used as an additive.
