Chemspec Enz All 2.72kg is a industry leading pre-spray treatment for attacking biologically derived soils ranging from food stains, faeces, vomit and grass stains. This makes it ideal for environments such as long-term care, dining areas, pubs, restaurants and around the home.

Moderately alkaline with ready to use pH of 10.4, the higher pH enhances the cleaning effectiveness, however makes unsuitable for use on natural fibres.

It is important to note that enzymes will work faster and more effectively at the correct temperature range of between 49°C and 66°C and require dwell time to digest the soils, hence why using this product as pre-spray or spotter and letting it work at digesting the soiling prior to extracting will provide the best results.

The enzyme will gradually lose effciency once a ready to use solution is made up so this product is best prepared just prior to use with warm water.
