Formula 90 Liquid Carpet Detergent is a mildly alkaline, emulsifying formula compatible with all carpet extraction systems. Intended for use in the extraction process after the carpet has been pretreated with a pre-spray or traffic lane cleaner.

Alkaline rinse agents such as Formula 90 are used at very high dilution levels to minimise the detergent residue left on the carpet. When used in the extraction process the wetting agents and water conditioning greatly improve the effectiveness of the process particularly when cleaning heavily soiled carpets.

Dilution Notes

Whilst Formula 90 is safe to use on wool carpets it should be used at a higher dilution rate, pH is indicated as folows at varying rates:

pH 9.5 to 10.5 Dilute 1:960 with water
pH 10.5 to 11.0 Dilute 1:650 with water
pH 11.0 to 11.5 Dilute 1:320 with water
