The Interchange Scrubbing Pad Holder is manufactured from high impact plastic and has a swivel head and adjustable collar for ease of reaching awkward floor and wall spaces. When used with the appropriate, easily attached pad it is excellent for removing ground in dirt, and heel and scuff marks. Compatible with the interchange handle (availablr separately).
